LINE DEAD BUT PAYING MINIMUM CHARGES!!

Respected Sir,

We are the consumer of matai (Rajnagar) under belonia subdivision, south TRIPURA facing a great problem to contact with rest part of india for last 3 months due to under line cable disturb, that is line is dead . there are 44 consumers at our village. We have repeated appealed to the concern office for the problem. But BSNL is taking minimum charges from us. But not repaired yet today.

So we pray and hope that you would be kind enuogh to take necessary steps to save our money and to keep contact with others immediately
