Shifting of landline not done in 1 month

I have appied for the BSNL landline transfer (25438342) from kalyannagar bangalore to brookfield on 16th april. But till today the transfer has not done and only monthly bills are promtly generated. i am just wasting my time running to brookfield BSNL office and banasawadi office. even after clearing all bills which i am not suppose to pay since there is no line for more than one month. still these lazy people are not givng the shifting

Its really shame that these people dont have any kind of responsibility
