Underground cable

Dear Sir,

Underground cabling in our area was completed some four years back. But the landline connections have not yet been fully provided with this cable network. I live in Kurunthodath Lane, South Eroor. In this lane some houses have been given connections from the underground cable, whereas some of the connections are still working in overhead cable. My telephone number is 2780985. Three or four houses alone are denied this facility now. Why don't you make arrangements to convert all the landline connections to the underground cable. Provisions have been given inside our premises years back. Unless this facility is extended to a few of us also, we are thinking of surrendering our BSNL telephones. A response from your will be highly appreciated.
