Non-renewal of landline Connection

The connection was disconnected on 07-07. Due to the non payement of the bill, the line was disconnected. We were out of station all this period so we was unable to pay the bill on time. Then we paid the bill on 30-04. They told us that landline will be reconnected soon. Unfortunately the landline is not yet connected. Please do the needful to connect the landline as soon as possible.
