2541071 not working

Dear sir,

our landline telephone 2541071 moodubelle exchage, situated at padubettu is not working since 25 days, we have repeatedly given complaint to the concerned dept, moodubelle exchange and kadiyali divisional office throgh telephone, but absolutely no response from them.so if the phone is not working for one month, are you going to reemburse the rent and service charge which is lavied to us? no right? so why we should pay the rent when there is no service and connection is available?

this is for your information, still if you dont do this, then we have to find out some other way legally.
