Not Functioning since four months, after repeated complaints. They are giving me the updated complaint numbers whenever I call them. Tell me whether I should pay the bills or not. Suggest me in this regard.

I am a working professional and have no time in running around in departments for updating complaints. If I Call them there is no response.

Tell me what should I do?
