BSNL Landline
Not working since 10 days

My telephone landline is 23517580. Wires have been hanging outside for the past 10 days. Made complaints twice but regret to inform you that NO body has attended to this complaint. When the telephone is not useful for the required services, I still feel that there is no necessity in utilising your service. Hence you are immediately requested either to set right the telephone or else you can as well CANCEL/remove the telephone without any further loss of time.
