Line problems

Iam a senior executive working in a corporate company and stay far away from my native place in badagara where my mother lives alone. Since my job schedule is hectic the only way to be in touch with my mother at home is the BSNL land line. The organisation where I work as well as all our properties are all connected by BSNL and we are one of the biggest consumers for BSNL in kerala. That as precicely the reason why I choose BSNL as the connection for my home as well as uncles place which is near by. However the lines in my place are always out for days togeather and despite complaints action is very delayed or very temporary in nature. Now for the last 1 week iam completely out of touch with my mom who is a patient too.

Why cant BSNL which has such large infrastructure, resources and manpower provide faultless and permanent solutions to problems to users.

I look forward to the solution to this problem and have faith that BSNL will address this issue at the earliest.
