LAND LINE DEAD FROM ONE MONTH

I have a land line connection of BSNL . The land line is dead from last one month but no one is bothered to rectify the same. We tried to launch a complain by the computerized no. 08028462198 of BSNL, but every time there is an auto generated reply land line under maintenance. Please let me know till when can a person have the patience and also keep on paying the charges without service. Is it a justice? I will be forced to go to the legal cell if I don’t receive a fair replay from your end.
