ABOUT BILL PAYMENT

I have bsnl landline connection. Since last six months, no one getting the bill in our circle, and we have to apply for duplicate bill and pay the bill with extra charges (late fine). this is bsnl's duty to send the bill, not us to go there and pay some extra money for late fine.
