Snl landline (0731-2550701) not working from 45 days

My phone is not working since last 45 days. i have complained for it many times.

my number is 0731-2550701.

also they dont listen to the problem carefully.

They always make a excuse of cable fault, but i dont consider this problem should take this much amount of time.

they provided me a substitute tarang phone but this also not in a working condition.

They have given me the number of their sdo. I tried many times, he dont pick up the phone.

i visited GM office 3 times. but their is no action till now i dont know what to do now.

also they have send me the bill of last month, which i should not pay because it was not working in that month
