BSNL Landline
Landline not working inspite of several complaint

At present i am using two numbers of bsnl landline. The numbers are (02185) 227227, 225454.incoming of both the numbers is not working since last ten days.i hav given lots of complaints but still the problem is not yet solved. There is also lots of distruction noise for outgoing calls. Kindly cosnider my complaint and help me so that we can have faith on indian consumer complaints forum.
