Phone Dead

I am using BSNL landline phone 040-23513285 along with broadband internet feature but for almost last two month I am unable to use it properly because it was very noisy and dead from couple of weeks.

I complained 3 times (details below) they rectify and starts working with noise for 2-3 days and again dead. The last complaint was on 20th Sep and no one has attended till date 30th Sep). Their web site says "it would be resolved within 3 days from complaint date". Because of this my son is not able to complete his project work and I used to work from home connecting to office but not possible now.

I have to run outside to make STD calls for which I used this phone frequently
