Unneccessary Bill generation

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am resident of Khaderbagh, Golconda, Hyderabad. We shifted our resident from Alapati nagar, Mehdipatnam to Khaderbagh, Golconda on 29th August and our BSNL landline as well as internet connection had been acting up since 21st August till we got shifted. We applied for transfer of connection, but got no action, and it's been about 1 month connection has been made yet. We have been constantly daily inquiring about it from BSNL offices, but they give vague excuses and have been dodging for long. But when it comes to the matter of generating bills and charging customers for the days they have got any connection, BSNL is fast. We recently got a bill of 937 Rs/-, despite we have not had any connection for the past 45 days.

Please let the BSNL authorities know about this nasty service.
