Change of plan

I am haveing a land line with no 0771 2573694 its of tatiband exchange of raipur district. Last week i gave request to change my bill plan to 120 plan, when i caled the call center they sugested me this plan i explain me all out going rates and charges, but today 12 oct they stoped my all out going calls n std calls, please help me to start my phone conection again as before.
