About wrong Numbers

I am having problem with my land line. Each & every day I got lots of wrong numbers.

The caller asked that " ARE YOU CALLING? " or some times they asked for different numbers which are totally different means NOT NEAR TO MY PHONE NUMBER.

Every day I got 10 to 15 such calls from i think 3 years. Due to this my whole family get disturb. I already gave written complaint two times at telephone Exchange, makhmalabad, mhasrul, nashik. But I didn't get proper solution from your side yet.

I also forwarded this message to Mr. D.A.Joglekar, Nodal off.but i still waiting for their action or even reply.
