Landline dead from 10 days

Dear sir,

my telephone no is 01322660855 is dead from past 10 days, and nobody have come from the exchange i have informed s.d.o also but he also not taking any action, this section (saharanpur) is going in very bad situation everyone is careless and want money everytime.

so my humbly request you to please see my case and try to solve it as soon as possible.
