VERY POOR SERVICE

Dear sir,

I am a bsnl landline customer .my nomber 04862-240790.I am including in mullaringad telephone exchange circle. Exchange phone nomber-04862-240299.Iam sorry to say that the service from the exchange is very poor. Before one month my phone become dead and i contacted to ur exchange and they give me a used phone. That worked only one day and showed complaint then i directly contact exchange and i got another used phone, that worked few days only, again I reached my exchange and get another used phone, and that was also a same one. In this situation I ask for a new phone and they replied there is no stock. At the same time they giving new phones to some other customers. Now I purchased a new phone from market that is working properly and keeping ur phone in my home. Please direct ur company staffs to collect ur company phone from my house.
