Bill details of my Landline No

Sir,

My phone used be out of order for nearly 15 days in every month but then also the bill used to come more than Rs.800 per month generally. Keeping this thing in mind I didn't pay the bill from july to Jan due to the above problem. the billing cycle is 2 months.

So my connection got cut in january.

Recently, I applied to check the bill details of my number, (02920-264128), the person in BSNL office, Bhopalgarh (Distt. Jodhpur (Raj.)), says that they don't have details available.

Sir, can't I get the bills details of the month Oct Dec.

Sir, I request you that please provide me resolution for this problem. the outstanding is Rs2500.
