My Landline number is dead in every monts regula

MY number 0120-2691453 is not working properly due to your line man lazyness (Indirapuram Exchange) in every month it is sure to going dead for 4 to 5 days but your department line man not connected from DV install at my gate but he is telling me in next time i will connect it, now it is connect on pole and complaints is as usual, my main problem is here is no any landline connection in my colony that by i feel handicap to register our complaint-- please try to solve my problem and do work as your old reputation i pray to god this mail is make effect on employee of INDIRAPURAM EXCHANGE THANK YOU my contect no is 9711110060
