Phone is always lying dead

My phone connection number is 0120-2649429 . It is a connection of shalimar garden branch (Sahibabad). I have got the connection in February. But 90% of the time the phone is out of order every week i have to file 2 ro 3 complaints then the phone become fine for a day or 2 then again the same cycle.

I have got the phone connection and the internet connection but never in my life i have seen such a miserable service.

Still my phone is out of order and I am help less .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service
