DESPITE THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION, A MONTH AGO, FOR THE SHIFTING OF LANDLINE (06760-248244) FROM OLD QUARTER TO THE NEW ALLOTTED QUARTER IN THE NTPC/TTPS TOWNSHIP, IT HAS NOT BEEN YET TRANSLATED INTO ACTION. I ALSO TALKED TO THE SDO, TALCHER TWICE IN THIS REGARD . INSTEAD OF HIS REGULAR ASSURANCE, THE SHIFTING IS NOT DONE. THE PERSON OF BSNL POSTED IN NTPC PREMISES IS ALWAYS SAYING THAT HE HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS EITHER FROM JTO OR FROM SDO, TALCHER. I DONOT KNOW WHAT IS THE REAL PROBLEM WHEN THE APPLICATION IS ALREADY SUBMITTED WITH DESIRED DOCUMENTARY PROOF.I NEED THIS MATTER TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AS THE ACTION OF KEEPING THE MATTER IN ABEYANCE INDICATES TOWARDS THE HIDDEN CORRUPTION & IF NEEDED THE MATTER SHALL BE SENT TO THE VIGILANCE AS WELL.
