I am writing this with utter disgust and disappointment in the way authorities in BSNL, Bangalore respond to their customers grievances.

My BSNL landline telephone having No. 23681621 is out of order for the past 15 days. I have registered a complaint on 16/05. For the past 15 days I have been contacting all sort of BSNL authorities as guided/misguided by their own personals when contacted.By default many of these SOS numbers will not work and if at all they work, response will be lukewarm or negative. One thing is there, BSNL teaches one the `Lessons of Patience'. Great indeed.

Optimistically waiting patiantly to get the problem rectified.
