Phone not shifted

Dear sir

my phone no 25246412 was discnnected on 25.05.2008 for shifting/transfer to new place. on 26.05.2008 monday vimanpura bsnl exchange line man came and saw the house. he told that he will connect the phone on 27.05.2008 but now it is more that 6 days no body turned up.

i also went to vimanpura hal bsnl for followup again same assurance is given to me

please shift my phone i am in dire need of landline
