BSNL Landline
Not working for last one month

Dear PGM, Kalyan

I am living in Vasai. My BSNL landline No is 0250 - 2337100. For the last one month my telephone has not been working. I have made several online complaints with Nos. 1219 and 1876. I have lodged a written complaint also to Divisional Engineer (Ext), Vasai (W) on 21.06.08. So far It has not been restored. This shows the indifferent attitude of Vasai staff towards customers. Please attend the problem immediately.
