Delay in providind landline connection

I have applied for landline connection at my residence- 3A, Rajeshwari Paradise, Ideal Homes township, Rajarajeshwarinagar Bangalore 560098 on 19 June under Senior Citizen category for non-oyt-general. Till date nobody has responded or visited to provide the connection. As a 75 yr. old and partially disabled person I need the connection badly.

Kindly look into the matter and expedite.
