Not geting respone against complaint

Dear sir,

can you send one of your Technician and please check our tel line. Because every time there is some problem in our distribution board which is located in our nearest conaction post. Every break down some body is coming and making some temporary arangements and again same thing is happening. This creating very big probelem to us. Our Tel No is 04864276830.So I hope you will take immediate action. Last three days our line is not working.
