Dead since 6 months

My telephone no. 0361 - 2301491 is dead since last 6 months. I receive the bi monthly bill regulary which is being paid by me like a fool.

please look into the matter, get the phone rectified and give me credit for all the rentals/ charges i have paid during this period.
