BSNL Landine and Broadband Connection dead

Dear Sir,

Our BSNL Landline No. 0512-2504439 is dead since 22nd Sept and I have lodged a complaint in Telephone Exchange on 24 Sept. But still dead. I am using this connection in our business and my BSNL Broadband connection is also linked with this no. the same is also dead due to which our business activity is crically suffered. I amd reminding the officers daily for the solution but still pending.
