No proceeding on complaints

My land line no which is 01812257787 is out of arder from last 3 weeks. i ve filed the comlaint against it for 3 times. but till now there is no action is taken by the authority.

my son is living abroad he use to call on that no more over m unable to acssess internet properly. connection breaks after every few minutes. i am suffering a lot. plz help me out.
