The phone is always in complaint

Respected sir,

I, Ally Sukumaran has a BSNL connection phone no:0487-2204694. The phone is always out of order. Sometimes its dead or sometimes the set will be having some problem. When we complaint about the sets problem they replace it with an old phone which will be having some new problems. We are not able to have a continous interrupt -free conversation. The bill amount is also suspicious. Phone is out of order for long days. Still bill amount is large
