Landline disconnection problem

My Bsnl Landline 07762 232122. CONSUMER NO:=0514131050

Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

I was facing contant problems like no DIAL TONE, DEAD PHONE, NO LINK, NETWORK BUSY.

So i had decided of dropping my connection and filled an application also for disconnection on 22 OCTOBER with all the formalities done.

but they are not disconnecting my number and the monthly rental charges are still going on and i m getting the bills till now.

I had also withdrawn Plan 151 on 1st october, but it is also included on my October bill.

The person there are not ready to talk properly and everytime they talk of false promises

This is v.poor services n shameful

Kindle help me as soon as possible
