i applied a new bsnl connection In my name (BIJAY SINGH) from hyderabad A.P the details are as follows Receipt number 0280137297 paid on 22/12 at RGPAYSFD allotted telephone no. 040-23316342 Account no. APHTD20081221144 Bill no. N1421490 Amount Rs. 500.00 work order no, FW 169913.

Still the phone has been not installed. i called below following no''''s many times but there was no response.

each time when i calledl those no''''s they they never respond about my quires each person give me each other no''''s and say to contact them.

i call those no''''s 040-23316633, 040-23392569, 040-23358626, 040-23310035, 040-23394844 040-23391616.

i don''''t know why those people don''''t respond about my work order.

so sir/madam i urge you to look on to the matter and do need full to me.
