BSNL Landline phone
Improper working of bsnl landline phone & carelessness of the staff on it

My landline no.is 0731-2556970, its not working since two weeks, i have submitted the complaint to customer care (07361-2551900) on 22nd onwards but they did not show any interest on it.besides they give me another number which i tried alot but noone was answering that, the number given to me was 0731-2551500.The people doing the job of customer care at bsnl office beside guiding us they used to misguide us and even use harsh language.

I really request to look upon the matter and teach a lesson to people (or staff) responsible for this act.
