PHONE NOT WORKING BUT BILL RECEVING IN TIME FOR PAYMENT

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my complaint dated 06.05.2009. My phone number 24940921 was out off order

05.04.2009 and it was rectified after a month. Now again my said phone is out off order from 22.10.09

on line complaint booking number E4514 dated 23.10.2009. On checking on 29.10.2009 find tt this complaint has already released by the BSNL, but no change of the satus of my telephone. Again made a complaint booking number E8951 dated 29.10.2009.

In this circumstances, I hv forced to think for a private mobile telephone service after surrender of BSNL Land Line.

Rqst your immdte necessary action without any further delay.
