Bsnl landline telephone
Poor customer service-Landline dead since a month

My landline is dead since a months time. There is no response from BSNL even after repeated followups. I have gone to their office alteast 10-15 times for complaining. They would say that they will rectify it immediately. I think they are playing the fool with us. They have totally an unorganised office.
