Not attending the complaint by officials after my complaint

My land phone no 04734-241317inthe name of my late fther Sri. G Bhargavan nair, is not working from last 1 week. Ihave complaint it through 198 tolll free to adoo SDA.They registered my complaint and give the no. G371.The official come to home and said that it is the complaint of the cable outside (on 19-03-09). But till today they have not make any movement to rectify the complaint. So please make necessary step to rectify the complait of my Telephone.
