Excess billing by BSNL

Hi,

Sorry for raising the compliant late since i was not available these days.

The problem is that i was charged excessively for the month of June and got the bill in july

Total volume MB& 2026.49 so after removing the night usage between 2-8am i calculated i got only 573, 341 MB as usage so pls check why it was excessively charged for extra Rs 400

Pls do this adjustment in the current running amount or do pay back this amount.
