I have paid my Noverber 09 BSNL Mobile Post Paid bill two times. When I contacted Customer Care, I was assured that my excess payment will be adjusted in my next month bill. I even received e-mail from BSNL portal that it will be adjusted in next bill. But when I received December bill, to my surprise it was not adjusted. Now what is to be done?
