Against misinformation and irresponsibility

Sir when i opened data.bsnl.in on 1st july it wasnot working properly then i called 1504 for my plan conversion verification from 500 to unlinmited 750 plan the one who recived my call imsinformed me that it had converted to 750 plan cause of this i used internet excessively on 1st july and when checked on data.bsnl.in on 2nd its not changed so when i requested my local exchange SDE as "please reduce my bill by not counting the usage on 1st july " he was shouting at me so plz take action on this as soon as possible
