Dear Sir,
My telephone No. 2787169 sitiuated in Nirala Nagar Lucknow is dead for last 10 days for which i lodged a complaint on 198 and was alloted complaint no. P4535 dated 09.03.2009. Please look into the matter as nearly every month the remains dead for many days. I had also told this to my SDO Mr. Srivastava at BSNL Mahanagar (Opposite Boys colege) in Mahanagar, Lucknow. Please do something to resolve the matter as my age is 82 years and I cannot go always to BSNL office. Thanks in advance.
