I have a BSNL student Sim 919480291515. I purchased this SIM and got it activated on OCT 16. The Sim worked fine just for a few days and then later I started having problems with sending messages. I was able to receive incoming messages but no outgoing messages. Sometimes during the day when I try to send a message the recepient receives the message after a delay of 6-12 hrs sometimes even 24 hrs.
When I called BSNL Customer Care I realised that this is the worst service someone can ever give. I realised that buying a product from BSNL was a big mistake. They have a careless atttitude towards the customers and do not care about the problems. They dont knw how to troubleshoot an issue.
Everytime I call them regarding the problem they say its a server issue which wil be rectified in 24-48 hrs .. but that never happens. I even spoke to some of the FLOOR SUPERVISORS who also do not know what to do regarding the problem.
My first complaint was registered and after a month of going back and forth and calling the customer care they told me that it was not a BSNL issue and its Airtel and other service providers problem. I could not believe the answer they gave me. After almost a month they point fingers at others.
I even contacted Airtel customer care and they confirmed that there is no problem from their side either. I had even given complaints on the BSNL customer website but of no use. The next one of the representative would just call the next day and the issue is resolved and there is no problem from their side.
On 12/1 I registered my second complaint. Complaint No : 238369 and they informed that the issue will be resolved again in 48 hrs .. But nothing so far. I am still facing the same problem.
Can someone do something in this regard Or am I just wasting my time???
