Bsnl mobile & landline
Not reciving bills and dissconection

I am having bsnl mobile and i dont recive bills on time i complaned manytimes on customer care but they dont give duplicate bill and dont help me due to which i suffer inconvenence.

my another problem is i am not getting bills of landline to and in our area there is cable fault but exchange persons and not reparing it due to which my landline is dead most of the times. i was having 2 no and due to this problem my one connection is been cut an dissued to another person because it was vip no of series.
