Lapse of balance

Sir, i m old customer of bsnl and my number is 9412801741, at the dated 19-12 at night time my balance of 370/- rupees has automotically lapse and balance become zero, after this at the date 20-12 i registered complaint and after this i registered various complaint at the customer care and bsnl office of mathura but till now there is no response or call back, no body responsing me & nobody is answering about this, i registered latest complaint at 3-1 to mr tejpal and complaint number is - A 035469754, and other complained number is A 075517360 to mr yaswant at 7-1 but there is no response . before this i have registered a complaint at the bsnl office mathura at dated 24-12-08 at the serial number 17 and other complained at 3-1-09 to mr. saxeno jto at bsnl office mathura but till now there is no response, so kindly help me and refund my lapse amount or tell me about my lapse amout . thanks &jagdish prasad pathak, pathak gali, nivari road, baldeo mathura up. phone 9412801741, 9997063004
