Lodged complaint not addressed

My BSNL cell # is 9433284697. BSNL is pushing caller tunes without my consent and charding Rs 30 per month for that. I lodged a complaint 3529152. There has been no redressal inspite of repeated follow-up. The customer-care person simply hangs up the phone after listening to the complaint and docket number without bothering to inform me.
