Poor network coverage & calldrops

In my name i have got nine to ten mobile post paid and prepaid connections, out of the for max. time these mobiles are working in the heerapura, jaipur area.in addition to that jodhpur vidhyut vitaran nigam, rajasthan and unbundled companies of of rajasthan state electricity board, some hundreds of mobile under cug working in this area.because of very poor network signals and call drops, the instructions issued by the authorities could not be under stood and therefore the annoyance of the authorities are of daily rutine.

tried and contacted the every level of officers of bsnl to resolve the problem, and mean while to provide ibs (in building solution) but the refused for this because of costly system.

then why the payments are taken for such a poor service?
