No incoming calls, sms

My cell no 9481138025 .I am not able to get any incoming calls, sms from last 2 days. Meanwile i am able to make outgoing cals from my cell I given calls to custumer care they given some sujession i followed that still the problem not soloved my complaint no 445973 Date 26/3/09 time 0800 pm. And when i went costumer center they told me to pay 112 rs and tnye give duplicate sim to me after a week. Kaindly do the need full
