Not getting mobile phone network inside my home

Sir,

I am having a prepaid bsnl mobile phone connection from the last 4-5 years on the name of ANIL SHARMA bearing number 94171-41477. I am having too much network problem at home i.e. when I am at home my mobile shows no network. Neither do i recieve any phone call nor do i can make any phole calls. As i am running my own coaching centre for which I will have to give an adv. in the news paper but because of having network problem i could not make any phone calls which is causing me a lot of financial problem. I have made unlimited requests to the customare care centres. MOST of the time they don't pick up the phone whenever they pick up they assure me that this problem will be rectified within next 24 hours. Till today i am having the same problem. So, i request you to please help me to rectify this problem at an earliest possible. I will be highly obliged for this
