Problem In Kolkata 99

I, Karabi Talapatra have a Kolkata 249 sim, whose number is 9433538841. Two months back when I recharged Rs 249 my sim converted to Kolkata 99 from Kolkata 249. It was said that in Kolkata 99 plan the call charge are 5 paise to any local BSNL Mobile, 20 paise to any local BSNL Landline, 50 paise to any other connection except BSNL. But in this month when I recharged Rs 249 I have found that call charge to all BSNL Number is 20 paise even in local mobile instead of 5 paise. I have registered a complain on 4/5. They told me that they will rectify the problem. But nothing has changed yet. I have made several call after that to the Customer Care but the answer was same they will rectify soon. When I called them on 13/5 I get soon bad behavior from them. Firstly they converted my plan from 249 to 99 with out my concern. Secondly this problem. Please do the needful as quickly as possible otherwise i am facing a lot of problems.
