ISEE tv Sevrice not playing

I have subcribed for ISEE tv service from 16.05.2009 on my moblie no 9423329566 . I downloaded the application. My balace for ISEE tv was deducted form My a/c on 16.05.2009 . Still I am not able to see ISEE tv. I have contacted to customer care for problem they promissed to solve the problem within 48 hours my complaint no. is 306436 (18/5 at 9.25.23 AM). After my complaint I have contacted to customer care several times but they did not responded me in good manner, they just say that your compaint is under process. Please help me to solve my problem.
